Vegetarian dinner: Palak malai curry, quinoa, masala vade and sprouted mung bean salad

Today’s dinner was a simple vegetarian plate. Quinoa and Steamy hot quinoa and ghee, spinach malai curry, a sprouted mung bean, carrot, and apple salad, and masala vade - a spicy lentil fritter.
