Makes 4-5 waffles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp flavorless oil
- 2 Tbsp yogurt
- A few spoons of water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until the batter is thick and free of lumps.
- Add a few spoons of water if it’s too thick.
- The batter should be pudding consistency, let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat up the waffle griddle, grease both sides with a little oil.
- Pour with a ladle.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Devour with your choice of topping.
