Lemon chicken wings! So easy, just a few simple ingredients and a stovetop pan!
Ingredients:
24 chicken wings
1 tsp salt or more
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Juice of one lemon
Chopped onion and coriander to garnish
oil to sauté
Method:
In a large shallow pan, add oil just enough to coat the bottom. Turn on medium high.
When it begins to smoke, lay wings flat side down and let cook until the skin turns brown and crisp.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic, combine.
Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes.
Uncover, add turmeric and lemon juice. Stir and sauté on high for 5 minutes or until all the liquid evaporates.
Garnish with onion and coriander. Serve hot, enjoy!
