Cake overload from Rishi, my little one's birthday. This week, I started off with vegetable salads for lunch and fruits for dinner. Honestly, it is so refreshing.
Leftover barbecue chicken from making chicken rolls for my kid's lunchboxes today. This paired with spinach, carrot, cucumbers, oranges and shredded cheese blend. Topped with ranch dressing.
