We have been making a conscious attempt to eat healthy, one meal at a time. For weeks now, our breakfast has been a combination of detox smoothies. Now, we have moved to egg and veggie stir fry with a side of Avocado.
This breakfast bowl is filled with a stir fry of moringa leaves, homemade sprouts, carrots and peppers lightly sautéed in butter, salt, pepper and lime juice.
