Here are 3 delicious smoothie bowls to start your day. They are very easy to put together. You can totally go crazy with the toppings.
For the berry smoothie bowl, start with a frozen banana, handful of frozen berries, and a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup. Blend it to a smooth puree. Top it with whatever you prefer. I have used crushed cinnamon cereal, hemp seeds, banana, chia seeds and dark chocolate.
For the Mango smoothie bowl, use half a mango or 2 Tbsp mango puree, and a frozen banana. Puree in a blender and pour into a bowl. Top with pecans, hemp seeds, banana, flax seeds and raisins.
For this Green Smoothie bowl, in a blender, add a kiwi, a bunch or baby spinach, a green apple and a frozen banana. Honey or maple syrup is optional. Top it with walnuts, chia seeds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, strawberries and finally some dark chocolate. Enjoy!
