Here is a guava and mango salad with walnuts and a garnish of fresh chopped coriander
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 guavas, seeded and chopped into chunks
1 firm, ripe mango, chopped into chunks
1/4 cup fresh cilantro/coriander chopped
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp amchur/dry mango powder
1/4 tsp jeera/cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp lime juice
In a small bowl, add all the powders, salt, lime juice and oil. Beat it to form a light dressing.
Add the chopped fruits and walnuts into a salad bowl. Pour the salad dressing and cilantro/coriander. Toss to combine. Devour!
