Sugarless chocolate dessert

Here is a dessert made by my little sister Jes! She’s a fitness diva and is always venturing out new ways to eat healthy. so, here goes...

Serves 6-8

10-12 biscuits of your choice

1 cup dry roasted nuts

1 banana cut into rings

1/4 cup butter

3/4 cup dark chocolate pieces

3/4 cup heavy cream

1 cup black coffee or liquor

Prep the ganache. In a pan on low heat, add the butter, chocolate and cream. Stir well to combine. Once to turns into a creamy uniform mixture, turn off the heat. Set aside.

To layer the dessert, start by taking a 4x6 inch pan. Dip each biscuit in liquor or coffee. Assemble the base layer of the tray with these biscuits.

Slap on a layer of the ganache. On top of it, layer bananas. Then a layer of ganache and then a layer of dry nuts. Cover this layer with a final coat of ganache. Grate some dark chocolate to garnish. Chill in the fridge for 6 hours to overnight. Enjoy!
