This is a burger that my niece and I created using leftover South Indian style pepper pork curry. You may use any juicy meat curry.
I had made this pepper pork masala (recipe here) , using boneless pork. Assembled it into the burger with spicy nachos, cucumber slices, red onion rings, sliced tomatoes, fresh coriander sprigs, ketchup and a cheese slice. Drizzled some flavorful curry into it as well. It was delicious!
