Here is boneless chicken sauted into a mild masala of red chilies, coriander powder turmeric, dry mango powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric and salt. Tossed with chunks of red onion and freshly chopped coriander.
The masala chicken then filled into homemade chapatis/whole wheat bread and a layer of ranch dressing to beat the heat of the spices. Serve it with a side of cucumbers and carrots. Enjoy!
