Saffron almond banana milkshake


Here is a cool and creamy milkshake blitzed with almonds, milk, bananas and a generous serving of saffron.

Serves 2-3
3 whole bananas, small or 2 large
3 cups whole milk, cold
10 almonds, soaked overnight, and skinned
1 Tbsp honey
A handful of ice cubes

Add all the above ingredients and pulse it in a blitzer until smooth and creamy.
Pour into 2 or 3 tall glasses and devour.

Note: If you prefer a lighter version, skip the almonds and milk, and pour in light almond milk instead. You may also skip honey and drink it bland
