Here is a quick tandoori chicken sandwich that will make a great lunchbox idea!
These tandoori chicken and cheese sandwiches are quick to make and healthy to eat!
Cook 1/2 kg boneless chicken in 1 Tbsp oil for 3-4 mins. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp tandoori masala powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, pinch of turmeric and salt to taste. Cook for 6-8 mins.
Add sliced red onions and tomatoes. Saute for 3-4 mins.
Butter the bottom of the bread slices and place on the grill.
Add a layer of cucumber slices. Add a spoonful of cooked tandoori chicken.
Top it with cheese slices.
Butter the top of another slice of bread.
Close the sandwich maker and grill until golden brown. Enjoy!
