Adding a half ripe mango to salads take it up to a whole new level.
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
1 half ripe mango, with skin, chopped
1 cup pomegranate
1 green apple, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
Add all the chopped ingredients into a mixing bowl. Set aside. Prep the dressing.
For the mango dressing:
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1./2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
Combine the salad ingredients and give it a good whisk. Pour on salad and toss. Devour!
