Video recipe: Babycorn mushroom pepper fry

This is an easy vegetarian stir fry that can be put together with minimal ingredients.

Serves 2 as appetizer

1 cup baby corn, chopped the way you like
1 cup mushroom, diced
1 cup red onion, chopped
A sprig of curry leaves
2 green chilies, slit
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste

Heat a wok on medium high.
Add oil, when it begins to smoke, add cumin and curry leaves. When the spluttering subsides, add onions and saute for a minute. Add baby corn and mushroom. Saute for a minute. Turn down the flame to medium. Add the green chilies, spice powders, salt and vinegar. Saute for 2 minutes. Serve hot, enjoy!
