Berry almond and yogurt smoothie

Creamy yogurt, berries, almonds and chia make a wholesome and nutritious breakfast smoothie.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves 2

1 cup fresh or frozen berries, mixed (strawberries, raspberies, blackberries, blueberries)
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt/ almond milk
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/4 cup almonds
1 tsp honey
1 cup ice cubes

Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender, pulse until smooth. Enjoy!
