Strawberry yogurt smoothie

Creamy tangy strawberry smoothie can be made with yogurt/almond milk and whole nuts.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves 2

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt/ almond milk
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/4 cup almonds
1 tsp honey
1 cup ice cubes

Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender, pulse until smooth. Enjoy!
