Prep time: 15 minutes
2 cups, fresh or frozen corn, cooked
4 cups fresh lettuce, torn or cut into large pieces
3 cups fresh strawberries, cut into cubes
2 cups colored pepper, diced
1 cup red onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cups chicken, grilled with taco seasoning
Salad dressings of your choice.
Prep the vegetables, wash and dry the lettuce. Toss them all together in a bowl. Add in your favorite salad dressing. I love it with just salt and pepper. Top it with grilled chicken. Devour!
