This is my all time favorite smoothie. Simple, and nutritious!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/4 cup almonds
1 tsp honey
1 cup coconut water
1 cup ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
