What you need: Makes about 20 cookies
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 and 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. In a bowl, beat all the ingredients except chocolate chips on low speed until combined.
Add a few teaspoons of warm milk if you feel the dough is too dry and crumbly. Toss in the chocolate chips., combine into a dough, cling wrap and chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Remove and make little balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Remove and let them cool completely. Store at room temperature for about a week. Enjoy!
