I used ready tart shells for this dessert, but here is a recipe from an earlier post, if you would like to make them from scratch.
What you need: serves 12
12 mini store bought pie/tart shells, or make them at home, recipe here
A dozen strawberries
A handful of blueberries
A handful of blackberries
A tub of vanilla ice-cream
A few mint leaves to garnish
Bake the tart shells as long as the recipe calls for. Let it cool. Place on individual plates/cups. Add a scoop of ice-cream and top it with berries and mint; serve. Enjoy!
