What you need: Serves 4
12 sticks of asparagus, cut into two or three pieces each
12 garlic petals, peeled
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried, crushed oregano
Black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Add olive oil and garlic into a saucepan. Let it warm up. Saute the garlic on low heat until they turn golden brown.
After about 2-3 minutes minutes, add the asparagus and turn up he heat to medium-high. Roast them for a few minutes. Ad salt, pepper and oregano. Combine and turn off the heat. Serve warm. Enjoy!
