What you need: Makes 8 to 12 kulfis, depending on the mold size.
1 cup mango pulp
1 cup fresh mango peeled, seeded and diced
3/4 cup (6 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
1-8 oz pack of cream cheese
8 fl.oz heavy whipping cream
Iceream popsicle molds to make 12 kulfis
Beat the cream cheese with a mixer at high speed until smooth. Combine whipped cream and whip until light and fluffy. Add the mango puree and continue to whip. When the mixture forms stiff peaks, turn it off. Add in the diced mangoes and combine.
Spoon the kulfi into a funnel and pour them into the molds. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or overnight until firm. Enjoy!
