Monkey bread - warm cinnamon pull-apart bread

Warm and easy breakfast - The sweet aroma of cinnamon, vanilla and butter will wake up your kids right off their bed and head to your kitchen! You may also make it for dessert. This quick and easy pull apart bread is made with buttermilk biscuits, cinnamon, sugar and butter.
Here is a similar drunken monkey bread with alcohol, if you like the added kick :-)

Yield: Makes one large bundt cake
Ingredients:
2 tubes of Buttermilk Biscuits, any brand, chilled
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
Non stick cooking spray
A bundt pan

Directions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degree F.
Refrigerated cans give the best results. Get the biscuits out of the can. Cut them up into quarters or smaller bits if you like. Each can would make 32 bits if cut in quarters or a lot more if cut smaller.

Add cinnamon and sugar in a large ziploc bag. Throw in the biscuit pieces. Seal the bag and shake the bag thoroughly to coat the biscuit pieces evenly. Set aside.

In a small saucepan or microwave, melt butter. Add vanilla into it; stir.

Spray a generous amount of cooking spray to the inside of the bundt pan.
Place cinnamon sugar coated biscuits into the bundt pan. Drizzle melted butter over them. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the bread is flaky and soft. Let it cool for a few minutes.

Place a plate over the pan and invert the monkey bread onto a plate. Sprinkle some more cinnamon sugar if you like. Enjoy!
