Here is a wholesome breakfast smoothie from our smoothie-queen Impana!

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
1/2 cup oats, cooked and cooled
1/4 cup sprouted green gram
Pinch of cardamom powder
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp brown sugar/jaggery
Blend all the above ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve. Enjoy!
