What you need: makes 10 medium servings of salad
2 cups, fresh pomegranate
3 cups green apple, cut into cubes
3 cups fresh strawberries, cut into cubes
10 cups of fresh baby spinach
10 medium plastic boxes
Salad dressings of your choice.
Prep the fruits, wash and dry the greens. Layer them in ten containers starting with green apples, spinach, strawberries and pomegranate. Toss them with a berry vinaigrette salad for best taste. Devour!
