Here is a refreshing thirst quencher, for summer. Juicy oranges, pear and ice, make for a high fiber blend. Make it with alcohol, or just a virgin drink.

2 large oranges, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 ripe pear, seeded and chopped
2 cups ice
2 Tbsp orange-flavored liqueur (optional)
2 tsp honey (optional, ripe pears are sweet enough)
