Cilantro sausage pizza

My freezer is overloaded with chicken sausage (My H is a big fan of sausage) from Costco. I hate to keep meat, there, for long. So my creations flow again.

What I used:  Makes 2 medium pizza basesTopping:
1Tbsp pizza sauce
1 cup paneer (Indian cheese) grated
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 chicken sausages sliced into desired thickness
2tsp finely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup onion sliced lengthwise
1/2tsp pepper powder
1/2tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Pizza base:
1 cups all purpose flour
1 and 1/2tsp instant dry yeast
1/2tsp salt
2tsp olive oil
1cup warm water
2tsp finely chopped cilantro

Mix yeast with a little water, and set aside till it foams up and doubles.
In a food processor, blend flour, yeast mixture, salt, and oil, give it a few pulses, now add warm water and blend to a soft dough. Divide it into two parts, Make two dough balls, place on a floured counter top and cover it with a moist cloth for 15 minutes, it will double in size. Beat it down and stretch it on a greased pan. Flatten it out according to your liking.

I used just one and froze the other part. Grease the dough ball with a little olive oil, wrap it in cling foil and freeze. Stays good for 15 days.  Defrost 2 hours before using. You may also refrigerate it the same way for up to 2 days.

Spread pizza sauce on the top, leaving an inch around for the crust to brown, add a generous layer of grated mozzarella and  paneer cheese. Add onion, cilantro, and sliced sausage.
It goes into a hot oven of 420degree for 15 minutes, then at 375 for the next 5-7 minutes. I could have used some chili flakes, to make it spicy for H and me. Kids ate it, so I am good!
