These are so simple to make with just a few ingredients, and
taste amazing!
Makes about 8 servings
Ingredients:
8 chicken drumsticks
1 tsp. cumin seeds
2 cups onion, cut into chunks
For the marinade:
1 and ½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 Tbsp. sour cream
½ tsp ginger paste
Salt to taste
Method:
In a mixing bowl, whisk the marinating ingredients together.
Make diagonal slits in the drumsticks, so they can absorb the marinade. Throw
them in a Ziploc bag, pour the marinade and let them soak in for about 20
minutes or overnight.
When you are ready to grill, heat the oven to 400-degree F.
Set them on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
While that is cooking, in a large pan on medium heat, add 2
Tbsp. oil. When it begins to smoke, add cumin seeds and onion, sauté for a
minute. Add the cooked drumsticks to the pan and let them sear a bit. Serve
hot, enjoy!
