Prep time: 5 minutes Serves 2 Ingredients 1 handful fresh spinach 1 banana 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1/4 cup almonds 3 dates, pitted 1 cup water 1 cup ice cubes Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
